1. How far in advance should we book you?

We recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance for weddings, especially during peak seasons (spring and fall in New England). However, don’t hesitate to reach out even if your date is sooner—we’ll do our best to fit you in!

2. What’s your photography/videography style?

We focus on candid, timeless, and storytelling moments with a clean, true-to-color edit. Our goal is to make you feel like you in every shot—authentic, comfortable, and beautiful.

3. How many photos and videos will we receive?

For weddings, you can expect to receive 600–1,000+ high-resolution images, depending on your coverage. Our average is 100 edited photo per hour. Highlight videos are typically 5–7 minutes, with optional full-length edits for ceremonies and speeches.

4. When will we get our final gallery?

Final photos are delivered within 6–8 weeks, and videos in 8–12 weeks. We also send you a sneak peek gallery within a few days, because we know waiting is hard!

5. Do you travel for weddings?

Absolutely! We’re based in Boston, MA but love capturing love stories across New England—and beyond! Travel fees may apply for destinations that is more than 100 miles (round trip) from our location at ZIP 02189

6. Can we customize a package?

Yes! We’re happy to tailor a package to match your exact needs—whether that’s extra hours, drone footage, second shooters, or additional sessions like pre-wedding or post-wedding portraits.

7. What happens if it rains on our session day?

We’re always prepared with a backup plan! For engagement sessions, we can reschedule or shoot in a beautiful indoor/studio location. Some of our favorite photos are taken in the rain, too—so don’t worry!


8. Do you offer raw files?

We don’t provide raw files, as they are unedited and not a representation of our final work. However, we make sure your final gallery has everything you’ll need—and more.

9. How do payments work?

A 40% retainer is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due one week before your event. We only accept payments via Venmo, and Zelle.

10. What if we’re awkward in front of the camera?

Almost every couple tells us this—and then totally rocks their session! We’ll guide you with easy prompts and natural interactions so you’ll feel comfortable and confident the entire time.

11. Can we add both photography and videography to our package later?

Definitely. If you initially book one service and later decide you want both, we’re happy to upgrade your package—as long as we still have the full team available on your date. Just let us know as early as possible so we can reserve the right crew for you!

12. DO YOU OFFER PHYSICAL PRODUCTS LIKE PHOTOBOOK, PRINTS, ETC?

Yes, after receiving your gallery, you can order physical products through our online store.
